You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.
If currency conversion is required, we will use our current exchange rates. These rates may include a margin above interbank rates.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayMaster Africa, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
